(September 24, 2008: Greens Farms, CT 06436) The Holy Child Gryphons volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Greens Farms Academy Dragons to 1 in the Gryphons league victory on Wednesday.

The Gryphons now have a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fieldston for a non-league game on Friday, September 26. Holy Child will meet a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Mann (Bronx, NY). The Eagles record now stands at 1-0.

The Dragons now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to St. Luke's for a Fairchester outing on Friday, October 3. Greens Farms Academy will face a Crusaders squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Holy Child (Rye, NY). The Crusaders record now stands at 0-3.
