(January 31, 2008: Rye, NY 10580) In Thursday's league outing, the Rye Country Day Wildcats (Rye, NY) basketball squad beat the visiting Convent of the Sacred Heart (Greenwich, CT), by a count of 33-17.

The Wildcats (8-5) will now prepare for their outing against St. Luke's (New Canaan, CT). The Crusaders go into the Fairchester outing with a 3-10 record.

The now hold a 0-9 record. They take the field next when they host Holy Child for a Catholic outing on Monday, February 4. Convent of the Sacred Heart will encounter a Gryphons squad coming off a 47-34 league win over Hopkins (New Haven, CT). The Gryphons record now stands at 14-1.
