New York High School Volleyball - Holy Child Marymount

(October 10, 2008: New York, NY 10028) The Holy Child Gryphons volleyball team (Rye, NY), went down 2-0 in Friday's non-league challenge with the host Marymount Lions (New York, NY)

The Lions (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Chapin (New York, NY). The enter the non-league challenge with a 7-3 record. In their last challenge, Chapin went down by Trinity (New York, NY), 2-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Gryphons encounter the Greens Farms Academy Dragons (Greens Farms, CT) in a Fairchester challenge, on Tuesday, October 14. Holy Child will attempt to move on its 6-6 season record. The Dragons enter the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Academy of Information Tech & Engineering (Stamford, CT).
