New York High School Volleyball - King & Low-Heywood Thomas over Holy Child

(September 16, 2008: Rye, NY 10580) King & Low-Heywood Thomas Vikings (Stamford, CT) supporters left the game in high spirits Tuesday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Holy Child Gryphons (Rye, NY), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Vikings clash with the St. Luke's Crusaders (New Canaan, CT) in a non-league match, on Thursday, September 18. King & Low-Heywood Thomas will attempt to advance on its 4-0 season record. The Crusaders come into the match with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 league loss to Greenwich Academy (Greenwich, CT).

With the loss, Holy Child drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Gryphons travel to Berkeley Carroll (Brooklyn, NY) to clash with the Lions in a Catholic match on Wednesday, September 17. The Lions come into the match with a record of 0-1. Berkeley Carroll lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Poly Prep Country Day (Brooklyn, NY)
