New York High School Basketball - Fordham Prep beaten by Archbishop Stepinac

(December 18, 2007: Bronx, NY 10458) In Tuesday's league match, the visiting Archbishop Stepinac Crusaders basketball team scored a good 52-37 triumph over the Fordham Prep Rams.

In their next game, the Crusaders face the St. Agnes Stags (New York, NY) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, December 19. Archbishop Stepinac will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Stags enter the match with a 5-2 record after their 64-35 league win over Sacred Heart (Yonkers, NY).

With the defeat, Fordham Prep moves to 1-5 on the year. The Rams travel to St. Anthony's (Melville, NY) to face the Friars in a non-league match on Saturday, December 22. The Friars enter the match with a record of 1-1. St. Anthony's lost 61-49 in their recent non-league match against Half Hollow Hills West (Dix Hills, NY)
