With the victory, Blessed Sacrament St. Gabriel improves its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Archbishop Stepinac (White Plains, NY) to play the Crusaders in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 9. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a record of 7-5. Archbishop Stepinac won 77-48 in their recent league challenge against Cardinal Spellman (Bronx, NY)

Next up, the Eagles play the Monsignor Scanlan Crusaders (Bronx, NY) in a Catholic B challenge, on Friday, January 11. Salesian will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 67-65 league loss to St. Agnes (New York, NY).
