New York High School Basketball - Archbishop Stepinac fells All Hallows

(February 3, 2008: White Plains, NY 10605) Archbishop Stepinac Crusaders (White Plains, NY) backers were pleased Sunday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the visiting All Hallows Gaels (Bronx, NY), 67-51 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Archbishop Stepinac upgrades its record to 12-7 on the campaign. The Crusaders host Xavier (New York, NY) to play the Knights in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 6. The Knights come into the bout with a record of 8-10. Xavier lost 61-55 in their recent league bout against Monsignor McClancy (Queens, NY)

Next up, the Gaels play the Christ the King Royals (Middle Village, NY) in a Catholic AA - Brooklyn/Queens bout, on Tuesday, February 5. All Hallows will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record. The Royals come into the bout with a 15-4 record after their 75-45 league win over Xaverian (Brooklyn, NY).
