(September 16, 2007: Scarsdale, NY 10583) Edgemont Panthers (Scarsdale, NY) fans left the game content Sunday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Ardsley Panthers (Ardsley, NY), 28-14 in a league test.

With the triumph, Edgemont improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Panthers host Putnam Valley (Putnam Valley, NY) to battle the Tigers in a Section 1 B-2 test on Thursday, September 20. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 1-1. Putnam Valley won 12-0 in their recent league test against Nanuet (Nanuet, NY)

With the loss, Ardsley drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Briarcliff (Briarcliff Manor, NY) to battle the Bears in a Section 1 B-2 test on Sunday, September 23. The Bears come into the challenge with a record of 2-0. Briarcliff won 21-14 in their recent league challenge against Kennedy Catholic (Somers, NY)
