New York High School Volleyball - Jay routed by Fox Lane

(October 7, 2008: Cross River, NY 10536) The Fox Lane Foxes volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Jay Indians to 0 in the Foxes league victory on Tuesday.

The Foxes now have a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Union Catholic for a non-league game on Saturday, October 11. Fox Lane will meet a Vikings team coming off a 2-0 league win over Oak Knoll (Summit, NJ). The Vikings record now stands at 10-4.

The Indians (6-4) will now prepare for their game against North Rockland (Thiells, NY). The Raiders enter the non-league game with a 13-2 record. In their last game, North Rockland gained a win over Clarkstown North (New City, NY), 3-0, in a league game.
