New York High School Basketball - Mamaroneck thwarts Ketcham

(January 3, 2008: Mamaroneck, NY 10543) The Mamaroneck Tigers (Mamaroneck, NY) basketball felled the visiting Ketcham Indians (Wappingers Falls, NY), 54-37 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Tigers (7-2) will now prepare for their test against Roosevelt (Yonkers, NY). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 8-2 record. In their last test, Roosevelt defeated Jay (Hopewell Junction, NY), 77-52, in a non-league test.

The Indians now own a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mahopac for a Section 1 I - C test on Monday, January 7. Ketcham will clash with a Indians squad coming off a 66-60 non-league loss to Gorton (Yonkers, NY). The Indians record now stands at 4-4.
