New York High School Basketball - Nanuet trounces Sleepy Hollow

(February 5, 2008: Nanuet, NY 10954) The Nanuet Golden Knights (Nanuet, NY) basketball crushed the visiting Sleepy Hollow Horsemen (Sleepy Hollow, NY), 57-36 in Tuesday's league test.

The Golden Knights (8-11) will now prepare for their test against Hastings (Hastings on Hudson, NY). The Yellow Jackets go into the Section 1 III - C test with a 11-8 record. In their last test, Hastings was trounced by Pearl River (Pearl River, NY), 56-44, in a league test.

The Horsemen now own a 6-13 record. They take the field next when they host Magnus for a Section 1 III - C test on Thursday, February 7. Sleepy Hollow will meet a Falcons team coming off a 60-56 league win over Irvington (Irvington, NY). The Falcons record now stands at 12-6.
