New York High School Basketball - Woodlands overwhelmed by Eastchester

(January 10, 2008: Hartsdale, NY 10530) The Eastchester Eagles basketball team scored 64 points and restricted the host Woodlands Falcons to 38 in the Eagles league victory on Thursday.

The Eagles now sport a 8-3 record. They play next when they host Bronxville for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 12. Eastchester will meet a Broncos team coming off a 59-53 league win over Keio (Purchase, NY). The Broncos record now stands at 5-4.

The Falcons (0-7) will now prepare for their contest against Mamaroneck (Mamaroneck, NY). The Tigers come into the non-league contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Mamaroneck was routed by Scarsdale (Scarsdale, NY), 79-78, in a league contest.
