New York High School Basketball - Suffern edges Saunders Trades & Tech

(November 30, 2007: Suffern, NY 10901) The Suffern Mounties (Suffern, NY) basketball nipped the visiting Saunders Trades & Tech Blue Devils (Yonkers, NY), 54-48 in Friday's non-league test.

The Mounties (1-0) will now prepare for their test against Roosevelt (Yonkers, NY). The Indians go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Roosevelt got by Ketcham (Wappingers Falls, NY), 69-47, in a non-league test.

The Blue Devils now own a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Mahopac for a non-league test on Monday, December 3.
