New York High School Basketball - Ossining crushes Hudson

(January 15, 2008: Montrose, NY 10548) Ossining (Ossining, NY) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Hudson Sailors (Montrose, NY), 71-44 in a league bout.

With the win, Ossining upgrades its record to 9-5 on the season. The host Beacon (Beacon, NY) to play the Bulldogs in a Section 1 II - North bout on Thursday, January 17. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 13-1. Beacon won 61-24 in their recent league bout against Panas (Cortlandt Manor, NY)

Next up, the Sailors play the Spring Valley Tigers (Spring Valley, NY) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 18. Hudson will attempt to upgrade on its 3-10 season record. The Tigers go into the bout with a 8-3 record after their 51-45 league win over Nyack (Upper Nyack, NY).
