GAME SUMMARY

New York High School Volleyball - Carmel crushed by Mahopac

(October 16, 2008: Carmel, NY 10512) The Mahopac Indians topped the host Carmel Rams volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Indians now have a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Jay for a Section 1 Class AA - League C test on Friday, October 17. Mahopac will confront a Patriots team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Arlington (LaGrangeville, NY). The Patriots record now stands at 4-8.

The Rams (1-14) will now prepare for their test against Cornwall Central (New Windsor, NY). The Dragons enter the non-league test with a 20-3 record. In their last test, Cornwall Central gained a win over Monticello (Monticello, NY), 3-0, in a league test.
