New York High School Basketball - Jay tipped by Suffern

(December 14, 2007: Cross River, NY 10536) In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Suffern Mounties basketball team scored a tight 60-56 triumph over the Jay Indians.

In their next game, the Mounties confront the Pleasantville Panthers (Pleasantville, NY) in a non-league match, on Saturday, December 15. Suffern will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 3-1 record after their 45-40 non-league win over Lincoln Hall (Lincolndale, NY).

With the defeat, Jay moves to 1-3 on the year. The Indians host Kennedy Catholic (Somers, NY) to confront the Gaels in a Section 1 II - Central match on Friday, December 14. The Gaels enter the match with a record of 2-2. Kennedy Catholic lost 45-41 in their recent non-league match against Panas (Cortlandt Manor, NY)
