New York High School Soccer - Woodlands overwhelmed by Eastchester

(October 21, 2008: Hartsdale, NY 10530) The Eastchester Eagles routed the host Woodlands Falcons soccer squad by a margin of 7-0 in Tuesday's league match.

The Eagles now hold a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pearl River for a non-league match on Saturday, October 25. Eastchester will play a Pirates squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Clarkstown North (New City, NY). The Pirates record now stands at 14-2.

With the loss, Woodlands drops to 2-14 on the season. The Falcons travel to Nanuet (Nanuet, NY) to play the Golden Knights in a non-league match on Wednesday, October 22. The Golden Knights come into the match with a record of 8-9. Nanuet lost 1-0 in their recent league match against Pearl River (Pearl River, NY)
