New York High School Basketball - Blind Brook thwarts Keio

(January 8, 2008: Rye Brook, NY 10573) The Blind Brook Trojans (Rye Brook, NY) basketball felled the visiting Keio Unicorns (Purchase, NY), 59-50 in Tuesday's league test.

The Trojans (6-2) will now prepare for their test against Valhalla (Valhalla, NY). The Vikings go into the Section 1 IV - B test with a 4-7 record. In their last test, Valhalla went down by Pleasantville (Pleasantville, NY), 57-34, in a non-league test.

The Unicorns now own a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they host Bronxville for a Section 1 IV - B test on Thursday, January 10. Keio will clash with a Broncos squad coming off a 66-60 league loss to Clark Academy (Greenburgh, NY). The Broncos record now stands at 4-4.
