New York High School Basketball - Panas ripped by Beacon

(January 28, 2008: Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567) The Beacon Bulldogs basketball team scored 58 points and held the host Panas Panthers to 21 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Monday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hudson for a Section 1 II - North contest on Tuesday, January 29. Beacon will meet a Sailors team coming off a 81-35 league loss to Ossining (Ossining, NY). The Sailors record now stands at 4-11.

The Panthers (3-11) will now prepare for their contest against Peekskill (Peekskill, NY). The Red Devils enter the Section 1 II - North contest with a 6-9 record. In their last contest, Peekskill was routed by Ossining (Ossining, NY), 87-77, in a league contest.
