(September 13, 2008: Chappaqua, NY 10514) In Saturday's league match, the visiting Poughkeepsie Pioneers football squad scored a close 15-12 victory over the Greeley Quakers.

In their next game, the Pioneers clash with the Beacon Bulldogs (Beacon, NY) in a Section 1 A - North match, on Saturday, September 20. Poughkeepsie will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
