GAME SUMMARY
New York High School Volleyball - Pearl River Tappan Zee

(October 22, 2008: Orangeburg, NY 10962) The Tappan Zee Dutchmen volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Pearl River Pirates to 1 in the Dutchmen non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Dutchmen now possess a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fox Lane for a non-league game on Saturday, October 25. Tappan Zee will meet a Foxes team coming off a 3-0 league win over Lakeland (Shrub Oak, NY). The Foxes record now stands at 20-5.

The Pirates (5-12) will now prepare for their game against Sleepy Hollow (Sleepy Hollow, NY). The Horsemen enter the Section 1 Class B - League C game with a 6-9 record. In their last game, Sleepy Hollow was dropped by Magnus (Bardonia, NY), 3-1, in a league game.
