New York High School Basketball - North Salem overwhelms Blind Brook

(January 12, 2008: North Salem, NY 10560) Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the North Salem Tigers (North Salem, NY) and the visiting Blind Brook Trojans (Rye Brook, NY), saw North Salem's basketball squad trounce Blind Brook by a score of 67-46.

With the victory, North Salem improves its record to 9-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to Dover (Dover Plains, NY) to clash with the Dragons in a Section 1 IV - C test on Monday, January 14. The Dragons go into the test with a record of 1-9. Dover lost 58-41 in their recent non-league test against Keio (Purchase, NY)

The Trojans now own a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bronxville for a Section 1 IV - B test on Monday, January 14. Blind Brook will clash with a Broncos squad coming off a 54-41 non-league loss to Eastchester (Eastchester, NY). The Broncos record now stands at 5-5.
