GAME SUMMARY

New York High School Football - Mamaroneck drops to North Rockland

(September 27, 2008: Thiells, NY 10984) In Saturday's league game, the North Rockland Raiders (Thiells, NY) football team knocked off the visiting Mamaroneck Tigers (Mamaroneck, NY), by a final score of 28-7.

The Raiders (2-2) will now prepare for their game against Carmel (Carmel, NY). The Rams come into the non-league game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Carmel was dropped by Jay (Hopewell Junction, NY), 12-7, in a league game.

The Tigers now hold a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Ramapo for a Section 1 AA - West game on Saturday, October 4. Mamaroneck will battle a Gryphons team coming off a 21-0 non-league win over Gorton (Yonkers, NY). The Gryphons record now stands at 3-1.
