GAME SUMMARY
New York High School Volleyball - Hudson over Beacon

(September 26, 2008: Montrose, NY 10548) The crowd at Friday's league bout between the Hudson Sailors (Montrose, NY) and the visiting Beacon Bulldogs (Beacon, NY), saw Hudson's volleyball squad beat Beacon by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Hudson upgrades its record to 8-0 on the year. The Sailors travel to Panas (Cortlandt Manor, NY) to play the Panthers in a Section 1 Class A - League A bout on Thursday, October 2. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 8-2. Panas won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Poughkeepsie (Poughkeepsie, NY)

The Bulldogs now own a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Spackenkill for a non-league bout on Wednesday, October 1. Beacon will play a Spartans squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Ellenville (Ellenville, NY). The Spartans record now stands at 4-4.
