New York High School Basketball - Arlington prevails Ketcham

(January 25, 2008: Wappingers Falls, NY 12590) Arlington Admirals (LaGrangeville, NY) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Ketcham Indians (Wappingers Falls, NY), 60-42 in a league bout.

With the win, Arlington upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season. The Admirals travel to Mahopac (Mahopac, NY) to encounter the Indians in a Section 1 I - C bout on Tuesday, January 29. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 8-6. Mahopac lost 69-58 in their recent non-league bout against Lakeland (Shrub Oak, NY)

Next up, the Indians encounter the Red Hook Raiders (Red Hook, NY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 26. Ketcham will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 10-5 record after their 69-25 non-league win over Rhinebeck (Rhinebeck, NY).
