(October 21, 2008: Croton on Hudson, NY 10520) The Croton-Harmon Tigers (Croton on Hudson, NY) volleyball were winner over the visiting Putnam Valley Tigers (Putnam Valley, NY), 3-0 in Tuesday's league outing.

With the win, Croton-Harmon betters its record to 12-3 on the year. The Tigers host Ramapo (Spring Valley, NY) to face the Gryphons in a non-league outing on Wednesday, October 22. The Gryphons go into the outing with a record of 4-14. Ramapo lost 3-1 in their recent league outing against Suffern (Suffern, NY)

The Tigers now sport a 6-9 record. They play next when they host Pleasantville for a Section 1 Class B - League A outing on Thursday, October 23. Putnam Valley will face a Panthers squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Kennedy Catholic (Somers, NY). The Panthers record now stands at 4-12.
