New York High School Volleyball - Nanuet nudged by Pleasantville

(September 11, 2008: Pleasantville, NY 10570) The Pleasantville Panthers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Nanuet Golden Knights to 2 in the Panthers non-league victory on Thursday.

The Panthers now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Westlake for a Section 1 Class B - League A game on Monday, September 15. Pleasantville will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Pelham Memorial (Pelham, NY). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-1.

The Golden Knights (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Eastchester (Eastchester, NY). The Eagles enter the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Eastchester was nudged by Croton-Harmon (Croton on Hudson, NY), 3-0, in a non-league game.
