New York High School Basketball - Briarcliff overwhelms Fieldston

(March 28, 2008: Bronx, NY 10471) Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Briarcliff Bears (Briarcliff Manor, NY) and the host Fieldston Eagles (Bronx, NY), saw Briarcliff's basketball squad trounce Fieldston by a score of 64-37.

The Bears (27-1) will now prepare for their test against Academy of American Studies (Queens, NY). The go into the non-league test with a 20-0 record. In their last test, Academy of American Studies walloped Green (New York, NY), 45-34, in a non-league test.

The Eagles now own a 16-8 record.
