New York High School Volleyball - Poughkeepsie crushed by Panas

(September 26, 2008: Poughkeepsie, NY 12603) The Panas Panthers volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Poughkeepsie Pioneers to 0 in the Panthers league victory on Friday.

The Panthers now have a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hudson for a Section 1 Class A - League A game on Thursday, October 2. Panas will confront a Sailors team coming off a 3-0 league win over Beacon (Beacon, NY). The Sailors record now stands at 8-0.

The Pioneers (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Dover (Dover Plains, NY). The Dragons enter the non-league game with a 6-2 record. In their last game, Dover dropped by Rye Neck (Mamaroneck, NY), 3-1, in a non-league game.
