(February 14, 2008: Pleasantville, NY 10570) Pleasantville Panthers (Pleasantville, NY) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Nanuet Golden Knights (Nanuet, NY), 50-46 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Pleasantville upgrades its record to 14-7 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Magnus (Bardonia, NY) to play the Falcons in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 19. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 14-6. Magnus won 76-65 in their recent non-league bout against Clarkstown North (New City, NY)
