New York High School Volleyball - Tappan Zee over Harrison

(September 18, 2008: Orangeburg, NY 10962) Tappan Zee Dutchmen (Orangeburg, NY) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Harrison Huskies (Harrison, NY), 3-0 in a league match.

Next up, the Dutchmen clash with the Port Chester Rams (Port Chester, NY) in a Section 1 Class A - League C match, on Wednesday, September 24. Tappan Zee will attempt to advance on its 3-1 season record. The Rams come into the match with a 0-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to Yonkers (Yonkers, NY).

With the loss, Harrison drops to 3-2 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Rye Neck (Mamaroneck, NY) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league match on Friday, September 19.
