New York High School Basketball - Mahopac beaten by Carmel

(February 2, 2008: Mahopac, NY 10541) In Saturday's league match, the visiting Carmel Rams basketball team scored a good 58-49 triumph over the Mahopac Indians.

In their next game, the Rams confront the Ketcham Indians (Wappingers Falls, NY) in a Section 1 I - C match, on Monday, February 4. Carmel will attempt to move on its 8-10 season record. The Indians enter the match with a 8-9 record after their 58-53 league win over Jay (Hopewell Junction, NY).

With the defeat, Mahopac moves to 9-7 on the year. The Indians host Our Lady of Lourdes (Poughkeepsie, NY) to confront the Warriors in a Section 1 I - C match on Monday, February 4.
