New York High School Volleyball - Lakeland Fox Lane

(October 25, 2008: Bedford, NY 10506) In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Fox Lane Foxes volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Lakeland Hornets.

The Foxes (23-5) will now prepare for their battle against Panas (Cortlandt Manor, NY). The Panthers come into the non-league battle with a 14-7 record. In their last battle, Panas lost by Beacon (Beacon, NY), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Hornets clash with the Jay Indians (Cross River, NY) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, October 29. Lakeland will attempt to advance on its 15-4 season record. The Indians come into the battle with a 10-5 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Suffern (Suffern, NY).
