New York High School Basketball - Yonkers nudges Schechter

(December 10, 2007: Hartsdale, NY 10530) In Monday's non-league outing, the Yonkers Bulldogs (Yonkers, NY) basketball squad nipped the host Schechter Lions (Hartsdale, NY), by a margin of 60-53.

The Bulldogs (2-2) will now prepare for their outing against Magnus (Bardonia, NY). The Falcons go into the non-league outing with a 0-0 record.

The Lions now own a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Children's Village for a Section 1 IV - A outing on Tuesday, December 11. Schechter will encounter a squad coming off a 57-44 non-league loss to Westlake (Thornwood, NY). The record now stands at 0-3.
