New York High School Volleyball - Spring Valley routed by Clarkstown South

(October 15, 2008: Spring Valley, NY 10977) The Spring Valley Tigers volleyball team (Spring Valley, NY), went down 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge with the visiting Clarkstown South Vikings (West Nyack, NY)

The Vikings (8-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Clarkstown North (New City, NY). The Rams enter the Section 1 Class AA - League B challenge with a 6-7 record. In their last challenge, Clarkstown North defeated Ramapo (Spring Valley, NY), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers encounter the Tappan Zee Dutchmen (Orangeburg, NY) in a Section 1 Class A - League C challenge, on Thursday, October 16. Spring Valley will attempt to move on its 1-13 season record. The Dutchmen enter the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Port Chester (Port Chester, NY).
