New York High School Soccer - Clarkstown South overwhelmed by Mahopac

(September 15, 2008: Mahopac, NY 10541) The Mahopac Indians routed the visiting Clarkstown South Vikings soccer squad by a margin of 6-1 in Monday's league match.

The Indians now hold a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Ramapo for a Conference 1 League B match on Wednesday, September 17. Mahopac will play a squad coming off a 10-0 league loss to Ketcham (Wappingers Falls, NY). The record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Clarkstown South drops to 1-3 on the season. The Vikings travel to Tappan Zee (Orangeburg, NY) to play the Dutchmen in a Conference 2 South League match on Tuesday, September 16. The Dutchmen come into the match with a record of 1-2. Tappan Zee lost 2-1 in their recent league match against Somers (Lincolndale, NY)
