(December 28, 2007: Suffern, NY 10901) In Friday's non-league match, the host Suffern Mounties basketball team scored a tight 55-49 triumph over the Mamaroneck Tigers.

In their next game, the Mounties confront the Gorton Wolves (Yonkers, NY) in a non-league match, on Monday, January 7. Suffern will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record. The Wolves enter the match with a 7-4 record after their 66-60 non-league win over Mahopac (Mahopac, NY).

With the defeat, Mamaroneck moves to 6-2 on the year. The Tigers host Ketcham (Wappingers Falls, NY) to confront the Indians in a non-league match on Thursday, January 3.
