New York High School Soccer - Pawling overwhelmed by Schechter

(September 11, 2008: Hartsdale, NY 10530) The crowd at Thursday's league outing between the Schechter Lions (Hartsdale, NY) and the visiting Pawling Tigers (Pawling, NY), saw Schechter's soccer squad triumph over Pawling by a margin of 9-2.

The Lions now hold a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Salem for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 16. Schechter will play a Tigers squad coming off a 1-1 non-league Somers (Lincolndale, NY). The Tigers record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Pawling drops to 0-1 on the season. The Tigers host Bronxville (Bronxville, NY) to play the Broncos in a Conference 4 Central League outing on Tuesday, September 16. The Broncos come into the outing with a record of 5-0. Bronxville won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against New Hartford (New Hartford, NY)
