New York High School Basketball - Ketcham thwarts Mamaroneck

(February 2, 2008: Wappingers Falls, NY 12590) The Ketcham Indians (Wappingers Falls, NY) basketball felled the visiting Mamaroneck Tigers (Mamaroneck, NY), 61-48 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Indians (7-9) will now prepare for their test against Carmel (Carmel, NY). The Rams go into the Section 1 I - C test with a 8-10 record. In their last test, Carmel defeated Mahopac (Mahopac, NY), 58-49, in a league test.

The Tigers now own a 8-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to White Plains for a Section 1 I - A test on Monday, February 4. Mamaroneck will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 53-43 league loss to Scarsdale (Scarsdale, NY). The Tigers record now stands at 8-9.
