(October 4, 2008: Cold Spring, NY 10516) The crowd at Saturday's league contest between the Haldane Blue Devils (Cold Spring, NY) and the visiting Pawling Tigers (Pawling, NY), observed Haldane's football squad defeat Pawling by a count of 48-22.

The Blue Devils now own a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Croton-Harmon for a Section 1 C/D - League A contest on Saturday, October 11. Haldane will encounter a Tigers squad coming off a 35-12 league win over Hastings (Hastings on Hudson, NY). The Tigers record now stands at 4-1.
