New York High School Volleyball - Kennedy Catholic crushed by Croton-Harmon

(October 15, 2008: Croton on Hudson, NY 10520) The Croton-Harmon Tigers topped the visiting Kennedy Catholic Gaels volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Wednesday's league test.

The Tigers now have a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pleasantville for a Section 1 Class B - League A test on Friday, October 17. Croton-Harmon will confront a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Westlake (Thornwood, NY). The Panthers record now stands at 4-9.

With the loss, Kennedy Catholic moves to 3-6 on the year. The Gaels host Briarcliff (Briarcliff Manor, NY) to face the Bears in a Section 1 Class B - League A contest on Friday, October 17. The Bears go into the contest with a record of 4-8. Briarcliff lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against Putnam Valley (Putnam Valley, NY)
