New York High School Basketball - Byram Hills ripped by Briarcliff

(January 4, 2008: Armonk, NY 10504) Briarcliff Bears (Briarcliff Manor, NY) followers exited the stadium happy Friday as they observed their basketball team triumph over the host Byram Hills Bobcats (Armonk, NY), 86-28 in a league contest.

The Bears now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kennedy Catholic for a Section 1 III - A contest on Tuesday, January 8. Briarcliff will confront a Gaels team coming off a 54-33 non-league loss to Brewster (Brewster, NY). The Gaels record now stands at 4-5.

Coming up next, the Bobcats confront the Croton-Harmon Tigers (Croton on Hudson, NY) in a Section 1 III - A contest, on Tuesday, January 8. Byram Hills will attempt to better on its 5-3 season record. The Tigers enter the contest with a 1-10 record after their 43-31 non-league loss to Hamilton (Elmsford, NY).
