(September 26, 2008: Orangeburg, NY 10962) In Friday's league match, the visiting Spring Valley Tigers football squad scored a good 23-6 victory over the Tappan Zee Dutchmen.

In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Pearl River Pirates (Pearl River, NY) in a Section 1 A - West match, on Saturday, October 4. Spring Valley will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record.
