New York High School Basketball - Magnus routs Blind Brook

(January 25, 2008: Rye Brook, NY 10573) In Friday's non-league outing, the Magnus Falcons (Bardonia, NY) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Blind Brook Trojans (Rye Brook, NY), by a margin of 46-24.

The Falcons (13-1) will now prepare for their outing against Nanuet (Nanuet, NY). The Golden Knights go into the Section 1 III - C outing with a 12-2 record. In their last outing, Nanuet was trounced by Magnus (Bardonia, NY), 67-40, in a non-league outing.

The Trojans now own a 10-5 record. They take the field next when they host Keio for a Section 1 IV - B outing on Wednesday, January 30.
