New York High School Volleyball - Woodlands overwhelmed by Byram Hills

(October 3, 2008: Hartsdale, NY 10530) In Friday's league battle, the visiting Byram Hills Bobcats volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Woodlands Falcons.

The Bobcats (8-1) will now prepare for their battle against Pearl River (Pearl River, NY). The Pirates come into the non-league battle with a 2-8 record. In their last battle, Pearl River went down by Sleepy Hollow (Sleepy Hollow, NY), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Falcons encounter the Edgemont Panthers (Scarsdale, NY) in a Section 1 Class B - League B battle, on Tuesday, October 7. Woodlands will attempt to move on its 0-10 season record. The Panthers come into the battle with a 5-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Ardsley (Ardsley, NY).
