New York High School Football - Suffern fells Mamaroneck

(September 30, 2006: Suffern, NY 10901) In Saturday's league bout, the host Suffern Mounties football team scored a good 28-12 victory over the Mamaroneck Tigers.

The Mounties (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against Ramapo (Spring Valley, NY). The Gryphons come into the Section 1 AA - Rockland bout with a 4-0 record. In their last bout, Ramapo knocked off Clarkstown North (New City, NY), 29-8, in a league bout.

The Tigers (0-4) will now prepare for their bout against North Rockland (Thiells, NY). The Raiders come into the Section 1 AA - Rockland bout with a 3-1 record. In their last bout, North Rockland was defeated by Greeley (Chappaqua, NY), 13-10, in a league bout.
