New York High School Basketball - Greeley routs Yorktown

(December 14, 2007: Chappaqua, NY 10514) In Friday's league outing, the Greeley Quakers (Chappaqua, NY) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Yorktown Huskers (Yorktown Heights, NY), by a count of 63-42.

The Quakers (5-0) will now prepare for their outing against Brewster (Brewster, NY). The Bears go into the Section 1 II - Central outing with a 2-4 record. In their last outing, Brewster smashed Lakeland (Shrub Oak, NY), 56-46, in a non-league outing.

The Huskers now hold a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Lakeland for a Section 1 II - Central outing on Tuesday, December 18. Yorktown will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 56-46 non-league loss to Brewster (Brewster, NY). The Hornets record now stands at 0-4.
