New York High School Basketball - Blind Brook fells Carmel

(January 11, 2008: Carmel, NY 10512) Blind Brook Trojans (Rye Brook, NY) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad overcome the host Carmel Rams (Carmel, NY), 53-42 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Blind Brook upgrades its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to North Salem (North Salem, NY) to play the Tigers in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 12. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 8-1. North Salem won 62-41 in their recent non-league bout against Hamilton (Elmsford, NY)

Next up, the Rams play the Hamilton Raiders (Elmsford, NY) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 12. Carmel will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record. The Raiders come into the bout with a 3-7 record after their 62-41 non-league loss to North Salem (North Salem, NY).
