New York High School Basketball - Dover ripped by Leake-Watts

(December 19, 2007: Yonkers, NY 10705) In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Leake-Watts Lions basketball team scored a decisive 64-41 triumph over the Dover Dragons.

In their next game, the Lions confront the Schechter Lions (Hartsdale, NY) in a Section 1 IV - A match, on Thursday, January 3. Leake-Watts will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Lions enter the match with a 5-2 record after their 63-57 non-league win over Hawthorne Cedar Knolls (Hawthorne, NY).

With the defeat, Dover moves to 1-4 on the year. The Dragons travel to Highland (Highland, NY) to confront the Huskies in a non-league match on Thursday, December 27. The Huskies enter the match with a record of 4-2. Highland lost 72-52 in their recent non-league match against Webutuck (Amenia, NY)
