New York High School Volleyball - Clarkstown South Suffern

(September 24, 2008: West Nyack, NY 10994) The Suffern Mounties volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Clarkstown South Vikings to 1 in the Mounties league victory on Wednesday.

The Mounties now have a 9-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clarkstown North for a Section 1 Class AA - League B challenge on Friday, September 26. Suffern will encounter a Rams team coming off a 3-0 league loss to North Rockland (Thiells, NY). The Rams record now stands at 3-3.

Next, the Vikings encounter the Ramapo Gryphons (Spring Valley, NY) in a Section 1 Class AA - League B challenge, on Friday, September 26. Clarkstown South will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Gryphons come into the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 3-0 league loss to North Rockland (Thiells, NY).
